We provide deck design service for Deck permits. Deck permit is required when your deck is over 2 feet high from the grade level and/or is over 108 square feet in size. Decks are usually built at the back of the house and accessible to either ground floor or second floor. A deck permit is required if you are constructing a new deck or replacing an old one.
