Our Story
We started as a design company to help Ontarians get permit for legal second unit. We started with legal basement permit drawings but now we have experience with all residential house permits including legal basement permit, finished basement permit, deck permit, separate entrance permit, garden suite permit, garage design, custom house design, and many more following Ontario Building Code(OBC).
